First of all the day which you don’t workout is a rest day wherein your muscles get to relax. by relaxing I mean that your muscles are healing form the tear that it received while you were working it out. Therefore the next time you workout that muscle it is going to be a lost stronger and making you to workout even harder. Eventually you will end up with a bigger muscle.
